A gathering to celebrate the light. Come together and share in good vibrations and good friends. We will start the evening with a circle of sharing and creating a sacred space together. I will help set the tone with 45 minutes of delightful sounds and a guided meditation leaving you deeply relaxed and tuned to the natural rhythms of the gong, sacred bowls and your own heart.
Come with a yoga mat, loose clothing and your own comforts. Bring a dish to share and swim suit if chose to indulge in a hot tub after. Please RSVP for an intimate setting.
