Together we will explore the goddess within through stories, spoken word, self care & ritual, movement, meditation, sound healing and sharing. In this intimate co-creative casting process Adelaide will adorn your breasts in a design of your choice. Everyone will have the opportunity to get in the creative mix, painting our casting the next day. Taking time to honor the unique divine feminine within ~ through this wonderfully magical healing experience.

Meet The Magic Makers
Angela
Angela is a certified Yoga Teacher with years of experience teaching in corporate and intimate settings. She has a passion for expressive movement, somatic and unique healing modalities. She enjoys sharing the amazing goodness she finds in yoga, breathwork, sound healing, arts and building community. She leads yearly pilgrimages to be out in nature, sleep under the stars, frolic with whales and make life long connections.
Realizing how a holistic approach to the senses is so needed in today's world. Angela creates and holds a safe space for people to remember their mind-body connections, explore the subtle realms that speak to our hearts and make time to dive into the creative expression our souls desire.
Adelaide
Adelaide celebrates life through art, expressive movement, and empowering others. Adelaide’s unique way of being are a reflection of her commitment to sharing what she loves with the world. She has performed and taught worldwide, produced numerous events, created hundreds of visionary paintings and taught countless classes. She’s combined “Womb Wisdom” with her Belly Dance classes and workshops to bring forward the nourishing sacred aspects of this feminine ritual.
Currently she is taking to the road with her dog Tito and creatively refurbished ambulance, Ambo on their maiden solo trip to the PNW. Sharing with us her adventures she will be treating us goddesses to a magical breast casting and painting experience.
Heidi
Heidi is passionate about sacred space and connection. She enjoys holding space to offer the chance to connect to ourselves, and each other, through curiosity, art, play, drama, dance, music, poetry, and ritual. She is a Witch, a poet, a guide, a reiki practitioner, and a certified Spiritual Counselor and Earth Steward.
She enjoys co-facilitating workshops and working to create supportive rituals that are accessible to all. She believes in playing to one's strengths and learning to see how many connections and solutions exist around and within us.
Heidi holds a MA in Expressive Art Therapy through C.I.I.S., Studied sacred ritual with Ylva from the Cunning Crow Apothecary and is on the path to be a Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator among other magical mystical power's.
Katrina
Kate is an intuitive empath who started working with energy realms after a profound paranormal experience. Most recently she has been studying the human biofield and the practice of tuning fork therapy with crystals to align the chakra system and relax and heal the body and mind. Kate is now currently launching the opening of her new sound healing business, Equilibrium.
On top of it all, Kate is also a creative magic maker extraordinaire with such titles as professional florist, event coordinator, ballet teacher, and creative artist. She has been creating one-of-a-kind headdresses for brides and costuming work for over 15 years. She is a amazing rockhound and has been studying the properties of and collecting rocks, minerals and crystals for over 20 years.

Meditation Fairy Nature Walk 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Walk in the pristine old growth rainforest of Cedar Park. Ground yourself in some of the breathtaking scenery the Pacific Northwest is famous for; in a forest that looks like it is right out of a fairy tale. Bring your walking shoes! ~Guided by Heidi

Breast Casting with Adelaide
Breast Casting is a unique and creative way to honor our breasts and truly emBODY the one-of-kind ART we are. In this intimate offering, Adelaide will adorn your breasts in a co-creative casting process. There are a few different designs to choose from. Of course, the most important shape is YOURS.
Day 1 Details:
We each have our own breast journeys and this kind of self-honoring craft will be a potent part of embracing more SELF LOVE. You will be encouraged towards some reflective journaling that can help you refine a vision for painting your breast cast the following day. Towards the end of casting day, Adelaide will add a 2nd layer of plaster to your cast to help smooth out your cast or add extra texture. Everyone gets hands-on collaborative breast casting time with Adelaide and will have the opportunity to get in the creative mix of honoring the divine feminine within you in this fun and beautiful craft. Day 2 after things dry we paint and create a unique masterpiece.
**Each woman will have a 20 min slot scheduled prior to the casting time. If you cannot be there all day, no problem, please show up a half hour before your casting time so we can get your breasts fully lubricated and prepared for casting. Casting can take and additional 40 minutes to and hour to dry.

A beautiful evening of collective rituals and pampering's planned to wind down your beautiful bodies & minds to prepare you for the most restful night’s sleep. Including an empowering Shakti ceremony to connect to the earth and the divine creative force inside us.
** To prepare bring something special to charge under the full moon. Could be a rock, stone, gem, piece of artwork, or whatever your most called to. Take time to read about your favorite goddess, wise woman or other divine feminine force.

Paint Casting 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
After things dry overnight you will have time to add your own creative sparkle to your casting. You will be provided with art supplies to paint and adorn your casting. Bring anything special you want to add, pieces from nature or special stones or jewels you desire. Here is where you get to pour your intentions into your cast bringing your vision to life. Adelaide will be there to facilitate and offer tricks and tips if/when needed. By the end of this experience, you will have a one-of-a-kind piece of art symbolic of self-love, acceptance, and body celebration. What a special gift to yourself... or perhaps your lover? Whatever your motivation is for coming and creating, this divine experience will capture the feminine shape that is divinely you!

Goddess Photos 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
A special photographer will be taking photos to capture the painting of your breast cast, followed by individual and group photos with your completed breast casting, or dressed up as a goddess wearing your new headdress. You will be sent digital copies of all photos.
Closing Meditation 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Some of us may have arrived as strangers, some as friends, but we will all be leaving as sisters; having bonded through the weekend experiences of self-discovery, healing, and sharing of our individual journeys towards self-love. We will close the weekend together, in intimate ritual, affirmation, and divine intention, embracing our most powerful parts from deep within our sacred feminine souls together as one, ready to carry this experience with us in our hearts as we journey onward to continue our individual paths towards complete healing and integration of our beautiful minds, bodies and spirits.
